Shipping policy

Parcel Shipping

We offer FREE ground shipping within the Domestic United States when you spend $50 after discounts have been applied to the subtotal before tax and shipping. For all other orders under $50 standard shipping rates apply.

Please allow 1 to 2 days for order processing. Orders are typically shipped the following business day for all carrier methods, Monday–Friday, after the payment and delivery address are verified. Please allow 3 to 5 days for shipping. 

You will receive tracking information with your confirmation email.

If you receive free shipping, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. No exceptions.

All orders placed after 2:00 PM CST Mon - Fri will process the following business day.


International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping due to COVID-19

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at admin@theiriecup.comwith your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Due to the nature of our business we do not currently accept returns on our products to insure quality standards. We believe in 100% Customer Satisfaction. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at admin@theiriecup.com within 10 days of purchase so that we may have the opportunity to meet your expectations.

Missing/Stolen/Lost Orders/Damages

Please be advised that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once your order has shipped. If your order is not received according to the tracking detail once in the possession of the courier, you must file a claim with USPS or UPS respectively.

We take great care to package orders, however in rare cases transit may cause damage to your items. Although Irie Cup is not responsible for the handling of your shipment we will work on a case by case basis to ensure overall satisfaction with your order. If your package has arrived damaged, please send an email to admin@theiriecup.comwithin 10 days of purchase. Please include your order number as well as photos of the damage. Full product replacement and associated shipping costs may be covered if the damage claim is approved. Refunds for products and shipping costs to the customer are not eligible for damage claims.
