Where do we get our teas from?
We work with different farmers across the globe to sources the finest ingredients and teas to bring to you.
What are you sanitary / Covid practices?
Because we do not have a physical location we blend & pack our teas in a licensed commercial kitchen. We periodically release videos of our behind the scenes and you’ll see we have gloves, hair net ,masks and an apron. The quality of our tea and your safety as a consumer is very important to us.
Do we have a Pickup location?
Currently we do not have a pick up location but we offer a $2 delivery fee for those that are local to the Hampshire and Pingree Grove area. Same-day if your order is placed before 3pm and next day for orders placed later. No local deliveries on Sundays.

Do you accept Returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. But if you find a problem with you order please reach out via email firstname.lastname@example.org
